Diane Hendricks

Ms. Diane Marie Hendricks is founded American Builders & Contractors Supply Co., Inc. in 1982 and serves as its Chairman of the Board. Ms. Hendricks manages her private equity investments through Hendricks Holdings, Inc. She is an Executive Vice President, the Secretary, and a Director at American Builders and Contractors Supply Co., Inc. (ABC Supply) since its inception.



She also serves as the President at American Patriot Insurance Agency, Inc. She was Co-Founder, Owner and Chairman of ABC Supply Co Inc. Ms. Hendricks is primarily responsible for overseeing insurance, personnel matters, bonus programs, profit sharing, and legal matters at ABC Supply. Ms. Hendricks has owned three prosperous companies, including Blackhawk Roofing Company, International Roofing, and Hendricks Real Estate Properties. Ms. Hendricks is one of the major underwriters of Wisconsin Eye Public Affairs Network. Previously, Ms. Hendricks served as the Chief Executive Officer at Hendricks Holdings, Inc. and now serves as its Chairman of the Board. She is serving on the boards of the Beloit Foundation, Forward Janesville, Kandu Industries, Blackhawk Bank, and the Hendricks Family Foundation. She appointed to the Board of Trustees of Beloit College. Ms. Hendricks is Co-Chair of Rock County 5.0 and she has served on the boards of the Stateline Boys & Girls Club and Beloit Memorial Hospital. Ms. Hendricks has been a Director of Blackhawk Bancorp, Inc., and Blackhawk Bank since 2008.
